Dear Customers,
we kindly inform that starting from 18.11.2008. we will provide a new telephone number of technical help desk for db easyNET and db powerNET systems.
From 18.11.2008. the technical Help Desk will be available by dialing one of the telephone numbers of Teleserwis - 0801181818 or +48126258000 or 48500919000. After hearing the greeting you should press "7" to change the language to English.
To choose retail customer service press "2" and then "2" to select the subject of the conversation as online banking service.
If you would like to choose small company service press "3" and then select the online banking system you use: db easyNET system service is available by pressing "1" but choosing "3" you will get help for db powerNET system service press "3".
We also inform that starting from 18.11.2008 the current number of technical help desk of db easyNET and db powerNET systems, which is +48126182323, will be automatically redirected to Teleserwis. The previous telephone number will be available until the end of the year.
Important! Logging in to a new db easyNET
We kindly inform you, that while logging in to db easyNET you should provide:
- Client Identification Number (NIK) - for Clients who used previous version of the system, it is a 10-digit number given on TAN card,
- PIN - for Clients, who used previous version of the system, it is a 5-digit code.
Important! You should not give a TAN card number, please be careful not to block access by entering TAN card number in the Access code field!
After logging in to the system the message with the instructions about changing 6-digit access code will be displayed. The change is not compulsory, but we encourage you to make it.
A new db easyNET has been sucessfully launched! Important
We kindly inform you, that starting from Thursday, October 2nd 2008 we have deployed a new version of db easyNET, an electronic banking system.
A new db easyNET is a new dimension of servicing. It is a totally new solution offering a series of attractive functionalities, a lot of facilities and much larger efficiency.
All our Clients who use db easyNET have received access to the system, which offers:
- Much faster transaction fulfillment and data refreshment,
- A new graphical design together with product portfolio presentation,
- An order basket enabling authorization of several transactions at once,
- Transfer templates independent of beneficiary list,
- Credit card information module (statistical data and transactions) together with card repayment function,
- Notifying cash withdrawals in PLN,
- IBAN number validation for foreign transfers,
- Balance presentation after each financial transaction,
- Giving your own name to the accounts opened,
- Deposit history.
Caution! Logging in to the system will be possible under the same URL address, and each user will be using the same set of authorization data, as in the existing version of the system.
